Why do we have a privacy statement?
If you are a client or want to become a client at Stoked Amsterdam, visit our premises or website, use our app, or communicate with us in any way, we process certain personal information from you. Our goal is to be transparent about this processing. Stoked Amsterdam processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable privacy legislation.
What personal data do we collect?
Website & app: browser data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and when you register: username, password, email address, language choice, profile picture and injury information.
Services: name, email, phone number, bank details (for ticket purchases). When registering as a client: also address, date of birth, gender, bank account, health and injury information (with your consent).
Surveillance: cameras are installed in and around our premises for safety and security purposes. Not in locker rooms, showers or toilets. Images are only accessed when strictly necessary and deleted automatically after a limited period.
Communication & social media: all communication between you and Stoked Amsterdam, including email correspondence, surveys and social media interactions.
How do we collect your data?
Directly from you when you use our website, register an account, book classes or events, complete surveys, or communicate with us. Indirectly from our partners Sportbit Manager (app & scheduling) and EBP Studio (physiotherapy).

Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on: performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with statutory obligations, protection of vital interests, or our legitimate business interests. We will always inform you if we intend to process your data for a new purpose.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We work with carefully selected partners under strict data processing agreements: Sportbit Manager, EBP Studio, Green Creatives, Eventbrite, Calendly and G Suite (Google). We only share data with authorities when legally required.
How long do we store your data?
We store your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, and no longer than permitted by law. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
