Yes, Stoked Community is an official CrossFit affiliate gym in Amsterdam. That means our coaches are CrossFit-certified, our programming follows CrossFit methodology, and we're part of the global CrossFit network. When you train at Stoked, you're training at a recognised, accredited facility — not a gym that just borrows the name.

HYROX is a fast-growing functional fitness race combining running and workout stations. At Stoked we offer dedicated HYROX training in Amsterdam, helping you build the endurance and strength needed to compete — or simply get fitter. Stoked is an official HYROX gym, and our coaches will structure your training around the specific race format: 8 x 1km runs combined with stations including the ski erg, sled work, and burpee broad jumps. Amsterdam has a growing HYROX community and Stoked is right at the heart of it.

Absolutely. Our HYROX program is designed to prepare you for race day — building the running endurance, functional strength, and work capacity that HYROX demands. Whether you're targeting your first finish or chasing a personal best, our coaches will build a training plan around your goals and race schedule.

Women's Strength is a dedicated program for women who want to build strength in a focused, supportive environment. Classes cover barbell lifting, technique work, and progressive strength development — without the noise of a mixed CrossFit class. It's ideal for women who are new to lifting and want a safe space to learn, as well as experienced athletes who want to add dedicated strength work to their routine. All levels are welcome.

Stoked is more than a gym — it's a school of movement. We combine high-quality coaching, a tight-knit community, and evidence-based training across CrossFit, HYROX, and strength disciplines. Classes are kept small so coaches can give genuine attention to every athlete. Our two-storey facility at Jacob Bontiusplaats also includes a communal kitchen, lounge area, and premium showers — making it a place you actually want to spend time.

At Stoked, memberships start at €49 per month for 4 classes, with unlimited options from €134.50 per month. Compared to most Amsterdam gyms, you get significantly more: professional coaching in every session, a structured program, and a real community — not just access to equipment. We also offer punch cards and a free trial class if you want to try before you commit.

Yes. If you're not ready to commit to a monthly membership, we offer punch cards — a 5-class card for €77.50 (valid 3 months) or a 10-class card for €155 (valid 6 months). Drop-ins are also available by arrangement — just email us at info@stokedcommunity.com. It's a great way to experience Stoked before deciding on a membership.

It depends on the membership. Our most flexible option is the Starter plan (4x per month) with no minimum term. The Regular and Unlimited memberships have a 3-month minimum, while our best-value Unlimited+ plan runs on an annual basis. We believe in earning your loyalty through the quality of coaching and community — not locking you in.

Just comfortable training clothes and a pair of clean indoor trainers. We have premium showers, changing rooms, and a communal kitchen on site, so you can come straight from work and leave feeling fresh. If you have your own skipping rope or lifting shoes, bring them — but they're absolutely not required. We'll take care of the rest.

We're open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00.

Several of our coaches offer Personal Training at Stoked, tailored to your specific goals — whether that's building strength, improving technique, preparing for a HYROX race, or simply getting healthier.
