Crossfit is constantly varied and intense

We’ve found that Crossfit is the most effective way to all-around fitness and can have a life changing impact. That is why it’s at the core of what we offer.

We cover all bases with regards to performance by programming training that’s constantly varied. We go light, we go heavy, long, short, and there are intervals. Whether life presents a sprint or a marathon, you’ll be prepared.

Functional movements

We utilise functional movements. These movements, often found in nature, do a great job at doing a great deal of work quickly. Think of squat, push, pull, jump, run, press, and throw as opposed to machines and isolation exercises.

Expect any and all objects in our program too: Sandbags. Kettlebells. Barbells. Gymnastic rings. Pull-up bar. We run, jump, lift, pull, push, squat, hinge, invert and more.

This program is for all students who enjoy a challenge and are looking for a progressive and scalable training program.

There is something about digging deep in a work out especially if you do it together. Another thing is you keep developing yourself mentally and physically. No, in CrossFit we use the traditional snatch and clean and jerk from the weightlifting sport. And that CrossFit uses these techniques is the only thing they have in common. One is not better than the other, they only use the same technique with a different stimulus. Mostly in CrossFit we practise multiple reps over a time domain while the sport weightlifting only trains for max weight for one rep.

CrossFit is for everybody no matter what your level of fitness is. Every movement in
CrossFit can be adjusted to your level, we call this scaling. The only thing you need as a
beginner is to show up multiple times a week. If you show up the coaches will help you
build a solid physical foundation and prepare you for all the movements in CrossFit.
