The way we work
Every new client starts with an intake. We want to know about your true motivation, injury and sport history, current fitness level and more. Based on your input we will tailor a program for you that is appropriately challenging, progressive and geared towards your goals.
Every 3 months we do a check-in with you called a goal review to make sure we are progressing at the desired pace. If needed we tweak, tinker and/or set new goals.
More than training
We believe nutrition is the foundation of the health pyramid. A healthy diet combined with consistent training is a fast track to results. We offer various packages including personal training & nutrition coaching proven to change behavior, create awareness and build new habits.

We start every client journey with an intake to learn about your goals, injury history, lifestyle & nutrition habits. From there we match you with your personal trainer.
You will have a head trainer and secondary trainer at your disposal who are up to date about you and your training progress.
