Lift with confidence

Weightlifting like ‘The Jedi Master’

This class will start your barbell journey from young Padawan to Jedi Master. You’ll learn the snatch and clean & jerk from the ground up, and we’ll focus on proper technique and form. With enough reps and time under the barbell, you’ll make weightlifting part of your repertoire!

Each of the 12 weeks you will progress and build upon the last as we move from easy to hard and from simple to complex. You will gain valuable insights about lifting that can only be attained by doing.
The contents of this course includes an introduction to the hook grip, proper arm and foot positioning, and derivatives of the full movements and when to apply them. We will also cover many drills, mobility exercises and warm-up protocols.

Mobility, Timing, Speed & power

The final concept on stability vs mobility will help you understand how to individualise weightlifting to you specifically. The concepts covered in this course are designed to give you the tools you need to improve your technique. By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of how to perform the movements.
